FAQs

Common questions from parents and teens — answered with care.

What if my teen is too anxious to talk?

That’s completely fine. Teens can join by listening only, with camera or mic off, or using the chat if that feels safer. Many find that just being present helps them slowly build confidence over time.

Can parents attend?

No, sessions are for teens only so they feel free to share. Parents receive weekly updates with ideas for gentle support at home, so you stay connected without being in the room.

Is this counselling?

It’s a structured wellbeing program (ACER Well-being approved). One-on-one support is available if needed.

What if we miss a week?

It’s okay to miss a session. A recap and simple activity are provided so your teen can easily catch up and rejoin without stress.
